You can contact our Technical Support Department (support@lightcomp.com) to communicate any technical issue regading the LightComp products. In order to speed up the processing of your request, please include the following information:

  • Name of the license holder
  • Your name including the contact details (e-mail, telephone number)
  • Name of the product and version
  • Type of the operating system used
  • Problem description (e.g.: error message, situations when problem arise)
