When building software we always try to understand the customer’s field as deeply as possible. It lets us focus on the key processes, keep an eye for detail and, in the end, arrive at the most suitable solution.
We offer our customers several levels of analytical work: requirements gathering and analysis, mapping of current processes and existing information systems, and system analysis, i.e. modelling of the application logic itself. Well-executed analysis is the key prerequisite for creating or modifying a software product.
Consulting and advisory services usually follow one of the analytical activities. The goal is either to recommend and select a solution that suits the client’s needs, or to provide long-term advice on priorities and strategy for managing the development of the company’s information system.
Besides developing software ourselves, we also coordinate and manage other development teams. The methodology is always chosen to fit the nature of the project; usually we work with agile techniques.
We develop software to order, both as one-off projects and, above all, as projects where we build a long-term relationship with the client, such as the creation and operation of small and medium-sized information systems. The tasks range from purely programming work (e.g. solving various optimisation problems) and server applications to client applications with a sophisticated user interface.
Deployment is a turning point in the life cycle of an application, when users first get to know the finished software solution. We want users to see the benefits of the new solution, and at the same time we take their findings and feedback on board.
Once a software product is in real use, the next phase usually begins: providing support and keeping the product running, possibly with minor additional development. All of these services are available to our customers.
We take pride in the quality of our work, and that is one of the reasons why we manage to build long-term relationships with our customers. It is something we enjoy, and it also lets us keep refining the solutions we have built as needs continue to evolve.
